This is a really funny scene from Hotshots! This scene seems like a spoof of the usual Bollywood song and dance routine with Charlie Sheen doing some typical Bollywood dance moves and Valeria Golino giving us an over the top interpretation (literally) of the Bollywood Tree Song. 

Also the hero's name, "Topper" has a strong Indian ring to it. It is a word commonly used in India to describe a person who consistently scores high marks, in school or in University. 

Also, the "sizzling belly scene" seemed ridiculously Bollywood-y to me, and seems like a spoof of the fact that a heroine's midriffs get a lot of attention in Bollywood movies.
